Our Professional Team of Dentists
Dr. Wendy C. Marshall D.D.S.
Dr. Wendy is a highly trained general dentist dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in Victor, NY. A native of Fairport, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Psychology, from Syracuse University in 1993. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 1997, where she also conducted research in Oral Pathology.
Dr. Wendy went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Strong Memorial Hospital through the University of Rochester, gaining advanced clinical experience. She has continued to expand her expertise through postdoctoral education and has been certified in Sedation Dentistry since 2009. Her advanced training also includes Cosmetic Dentistry, Dental Implant Restoration, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Dental Traumatology.
Earlier in her career, Dr. Wendy served as a team dentist for the Buffalo Sabres/Rochester Amerks association, providing on-site injury care and fabricating custom protective mouthguards for the athletes.
Dr. Wendy maintains active membership in the American Dental Association, the Seventh District Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Since opening her practice in Victor in 2014, Dr. Wendy has been committed to delivering high-quality, personalized dental care while building lasting relationships within the community.
She and her husband, Shawn, reside in Victor with their dog, London, while her two grown boys are now attending college.
Tina
Office Manager
Tina joined Marshall Dental Care in August 2021 and brings over 40 years of customer service experience, along with more than 20 years in the dental field. She is passionate about helping patients and providing exceptional care in every interaction. She has lived in Canandaigua for the past twenty-six years and has two adult children, Ryan and Kristen. She enjoys being “Gigi” to her adorable granddaughter, Sophia. In her spare time, she enjoys working out at the YMCA, biking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Julie
Front Office Coordinator
Julie joined our practice in August 2024 after spending 35 years working in a periodontal office. She loves getting to know our patients and makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Whether she is answering your call, processing your insurance, or helping you with your appointments, she does it with a smile! Julie has two grown kids and is a proud Nana to her six grandchildren. When she’s not at work, you’ll usually find her outside biking, hiking, boating, or yard work - she also enjoys going to concerts with her friends.
Kathy
NYS Certified Dental Assistant
Kathy has been a registered dental assistant since 1991, achieving the highest level of certification in New York State. She brings decades of clinical experience, including advanced training in sedation dentistry, pediatrics, oral surgery, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. Kathy is also a member of the Dental Assisting Board and maintains advanced CPR/AED certification.
Kathy has worked alongside Dr. Wendy since 2008, serving as a trusted clinical assistant and integral member of the care team. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm chairside manner, Kathy helps ensure every patient receives exceptional care in a comfortable environment.
Outside of the office, Kathy enjoys biking, traveling, and spending time with her family. She has two grown daughters and is proud to have watched them begin their own professional journeys.

Angela
Dental Hygienist
Angela has been a registered dental hygienist since 2006 after graduating from Erie Community College with an AAS degree in dental hygiene. She is certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide and is also advanced CPR/AED certified. Angela joined the Marshall Dental Care team in December 2023, after moving to Victor with her husband, Frank. Angela has two stepsons, as well as a daughter and grandson who live in North Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, kayaking, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Kristin
Dental Hygienist
Kristin originally fell in love with the dental field as an assistant back in 2010 when she lived and worked in San Francisco. As her passion for the dental field and helping others grew, she decided to move back to the East Coast to get her BS in Dental Hygiene at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Kristin joined Marshall Dental Care in early 2024 and has quickly gotten to know many of our patients. She is also CPR/AED certified. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors, with her family, her black Labrador or optimally all three at once!
